International Arrivals – USA & Other Countries

After you land and clear Immigration, Baggage Claim, and Customs, exit into the International Arrivals Public Greeting Area.

  • Your driver will meet you approximately 30 minutes after landing, holding a sign with your name or group name.
  • Exit the customs area and look for signage for Ground Transportation. Stay to the right of the Information Centre and continue down the walkway.
  • Your chauffeur will be waiting at the end of the corridor, easily visible and ready to assist you with luggage and escort you to your vehicle.

Domestic Arrivals – Within Canada

If you’re arriving from a Canadian city:

  • Your driver will be waiting at your designated baggage carousel, 15 minutes after your flight has landed.
  • Look for a sign with your name clearly displayed.
  • The driver will assist you with your luggage and escort you directly to your vehicle for the journey to Whistler or Vancouver.
