Current Opportunities
Class 2 & Class 4 Shuttle Drivers
Do you enjoy meeting people from around the world and showing them the beauty of Whistler and Vancouver? We’re looking for professional, customer-focused drivers with a Class 2 or Class 4 license to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle buses and vans on scheduled routes and private charters
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Ensure vehicles are clean and well-presented
- Follow all road safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class 2 or Class 4 BC driver’s license with clean abstract
- Previous driving experience (tourism or shuttle service an asset)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic
maintain, repair, and service our buses and vans.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel engines
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and inspection standards
- Maintain accurate records of services and repairs
Qualifications
- Red Seal certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety

Cleaner (Fleet & Facilities)
A clean fleet is a safe and welcoming fleet. We’re hiring dedicated Cleaners to keep our vehicles and facilities spotless.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and detail buses and vans
- Restock supplies (hand sanitizer, tissues, etc.)
- Ensure a high standard of presentation for every vehicle
- Assist with light facility cleaning as required
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings or overnight shifts
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Experience in vehicle or commercial cleaning an asset

Dispatch Coordinator
Behind every smooth transfer is a great Dispatch Coordinator. This role ensures schedules, routes, and communication flow efficiently between drivers, customers, and management.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for shuttles, charters, and transfers
- Monitor fleet operations and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding bookings and changes
- Maintain accurate logs and reports
Qualifications
- Previous experience in transportation dispatch or logistics preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
